Sooo, we put in another offer on another house, and this time we weren't going to mess around with any "verbal contracts". Well, that made things a little easier, plus the fact that this house didn't have competing offers. So here we are documents signed and official. It's for real this time! 
Just like we thought, there was something bigger, better, and in a nicer neighborhood waiting for us :)
After the last house "fiasco", Grant had said he was not going to settle on anything. He only wanted to buy a house if he really loved it. We love this one!
And the best part, they threw in a riding lawnmower to seal the deal. Good thing because the yard is HUGE!

So since you love your Mother soooo much you where planning on shipping that lawn mower to her right? OK - I know that is asking tooo much but I like dreaming!!! Love the house and glad things worked out this way.
