MAN OF THE HOUSE

Liz was really ready to have this baby, and the rest of us were excited to meet the little guy.

We went into the hospital at 8:30 on March third and were so excited. Minutes before we were going to go back and have a baby someone came in and needed an emergency c-section so we were lucky and got to wait another couple of hours. In the end it was worth it.

I like to call this one half way here. I, as you might know would never look over the sheet to get this pic but one of the doctors was more than willing to take a few for us and he was able to capture this beauty. It is pretty awesome but still a little crazy if you ask me.

Here we are minutes after the big event. I really like the thermometer they taped to Liz's head. Ezra was really happy to meet his mom.

This is our first family photo. That first night Cris drove everyone down and we were able to have a few hours together and a dinner. Hallie really does love her little brother. She is such a good helper and loves to show her brother all the cool things that he will be able to do some day.

He spent the first six or seven hours of his life just like this. He was wide awake and just looked to be taking everything in.

Ever since he has been like this. Maybe he was not impressed with what he saw. Knock on wood though because he is so sweet and cute.

This is the outfit that Hallie picked for him to come home in. If you ask me she could not have made a better choice, start this guy liking football early.
Getting ready to bring him home. Liz is calming the angry mob here. No one wanted to see Ezra leave but we were ready to go home and be a family.
Just a cute shot of him enjoying the car ride home. Not pictured would be Cristy and Troy. We are soo grateful for all they have done. Troy has done a great job keeping Hallie happy and Cris has kept us all alive. Thank you so much for all your help and willingness to put your life on hold to help us with ours.
